Review: Perfect pans for miniature fruit tarts - I purchased these little tart pans to make individual fruit tarts for my daughter’s bridal shower. I had only ever made my fruit tart recipe in a normal sized pizza pan and wasn’t sure how mini ones would turn out. I was also concerned that it would be hard to pop the tart crust out of the little pans without breaking the crust. It was so easy! I very lightly sprayed each tart pan with Pam before using. I just used the sharp end of a paring knife inserted slightly on the side and they popped right out!!! I’ve made 64 and not one didn’t turn out. For reviewers stating that the pans rusted after one use, mine have been used 4 times and are as good as new. I hand wash and dry them. Possibly putting them in the dishwasher with crust stuck on caused someone’s to rust? Anyway, these worked extremely well for me and I highly recommend them!
