Although the description says 5/8 inch, the inside diameter of this is sligtly larger than 3/4 inch (20mm). If you want a snug fit over a tube that is 5/8 inch or 16mm outside diameter, this is too large. I am returning this and will try the one they claim is for 1/2 inch pipe. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hope you don't need them for the same reason I did *by M***F on July 14, 2017* These turned out to be perfect for our needs. My wife is disabled and on oxygen. The concentrator is located in the living room to cut down on the noise and we have 50' of not too beautiful green hose running the length of the house to her bedroom. I originally hung it up with plastic snap holders which were glued to the wall to keep it off of the floor. It looked pretty funky, but it was functional. Changing the hose, however, was a real problem. The snaps were hard to open and often came off of the wall, leaving a dime sized unpainted scar. I got the idea to install a run of 1/2" pvc pipe, leaving 6" between the 5' sections. This allows us to thread the oxygen tube through the .pipe sections easily. The pipe hangers worked perfectly. They are secure, easy to screw to the wall (use a #6x1-1/2 wood screw so that the heads seat into the fastener recess), and hold the pipe approx. 1/4" away from the wall so that dust doesn't accumulate on top of it. It's a neat installation and we can change oxygen tubes in 10 or 15 minutes instead of an hour.
