Really effective, and I've never had any issues with them tugging or hurting in any capacity, which I can't say about my previous haircuts. It can handle thick, dense hair just fine, and feel good to use. Very satisfying and comfortable. The grip sometimes slips loose, but you can jam it back with no issues.They are pretty intimidating, which is really no fault of its own, and the comb is a little questionable. What's that one short tooth for? Why are there holes?
