But this was definitely more affordable than any of the quality UA supplements out there. I mix this with 30 grams of collagen powder as filler [or just 15 grams if you want it double strength] and encapsulate into 00 size capsules and it turns into about 180 capsules at regular strength and 90 capsules at double strength. So for the price, i get about 3 or 6 months of capsules for a third of the price of one bottle of a quality Urolithin A. Not saying this is the same as UA, no, no, but a cost-effective alternative that may have comparable benefit.

The active ingredient in Pomella will turn into Urolithin A in the colon -- if you have the right gut bacteria. Do I have that? Not sure. But this was definitely more affordable than any of the quality UA supplements out there.
