Review: A little pricey but worth it. - No complaints or issue’s. Sealed my non-glazed tiles with a nice glossy shine. Just invest in a plastic measurement cup to mix the solutions and follow the 3:1 ratio.
Review: Amazing product, 2 year later, looks the same as the day I applied it - This stuff is amazing, I have waited to write a review because I wanted to see how it holds up. It has been about 2 years since I applied this coating to my tile floor in my main hallway and bathroom and it looks as good as it did the day I applied the coating. I have had a new washer and dryer brought in using a dolly and furniture has been dragged across this floor multiple times. I also have 3 large dogs around 50 pounds each and this is a main hallway between all the bedrooms and it has held up amazing. There isn't a single scratch on this coating from any of the abuse that it has endured. The only thing I have to say about applying this is to make sure the surface is spotless before applying it and do not let anyone near it for several hours after it has been applied. If anything falls on this coating prior to the curing process being complete like a hair or anything, it will be there permanently unless you want to sand it out and re-apply the coating to that area. This is not a fault of the product obviously. There is hardly any smell from this coating while applying it either so fumes do not seem to be an issue and any tools used during the application are easily cleaned up with warm soapy water. This stuff is absolutely amazing and I would recommend this to anyone that wants to apply a protectant water proof barrier to any of the compatible surfaces.

This stuff is amazing, I have waited to write a review because I wanted to see how it holds up. It has been about 2 years since I applied this coating to my tile floor in my main hallway and bathroom and it looks as good as it did the day I applied the coating. This sealer is awesome!!! Made my new tile look even more beautiful!! Goes on milky then dries clear looks perfect… I used 4 inch roller. Easier to get into the grout lines. I highly recommend this product!! if you have leftover do not pour it back in the bottle and seal it! it started to expand luckily I noticed….!!!
