I had originally ordered a large, like most of my other helmets but it was too small. I reached out to them and they sent me the XL insert free of charge. Now it fits perfectly. I can definitely recommend this helmet. Review: Plastic breaks. Visor won't stay open/up - The plastic that it makes it so that you can open the visor and it stays open constantly breaks.... So I've bought four of these.
