**Q: What size is an xlarge**
A: This XL Caldf wrap size is 23.6'' in length and 10'' in width. For additional information, the standard size is 18'' in length and 9.4'' in width.

**Q: How long does this take hold for?**
A: The velcro which holds this in place is very secure. I usually ice for 20 minutes. The ice bag returns to the freezer, which in about 3 to 4 hours it's ready for use again. Works great for my achilles aches.

**Q: can you use the wrap without ice?**
A: It will wrap around your leg, but I don't believe it's built for anything other than holding a form-fitting ice pack around an arm or leg.

**Q: question: What is the size of the ice pack? Plus size friendly?**
A: This XL version is designed for plus size user, it could fit for a maximum 23.6'' calf circumference.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sizing issue - had to get larger size than measurements suggested

Sizing issue - I got the “Regular” size because it said it was good up to 16.5” calf. My calf is only 14.5”, but once the insert is frozen, it bulks up such that I was barely able to secure the wrap on my leg. Otherwise it looks like a good product. UPDATE: I decided to order in XL. The fit is much better. I’m bumping it up a star to 4 stars as it functions well and appears well made. I was also pleased that the seller voluntarily offered a refund of the too-small Regular size product after they saw my review.
