Instead, I just feel a little more alert instead of feeling like I’m going to nod off at any moment. They might work even better for people who don’t have chronic sleep issues like I do! Best of all, since they don’t contain caffeine, I don’t have to worry about them disrupting my sleep later. Taste, texture, and format: The fact that they’re gummies makes them quick and easy to take since I don’t have to worry about stirring out a bunch of foul-tasting clumps. I decided on a whim to order these and LOVED them. Great flavor and consistency. Yum Yum. Biggest problem was discipling myself not to eat too many. I finally settled on one a day to make them last longer. I've gone through two bags and it does lift my energy a little but then I am also drinking coffee when I take them in the morning. What's not to like about the benefit of Moringa! So I recommend these! Wish I could just wish them into my cabinet though.
