While light weight, it does feel solid.Tips: The laptop comes pre-loaded with MicroSoft Office 365. Uninstalling 365 did not stop the constant 365 pop-ups. Downloading MicroSoft Office Home and School 2021 did. Note: Since this computer will be used in areas without Wi-Fi, 365 is not the best option for me.2. This laptop comes pre-loaded with PCmover Pro. You will also need a code for the computer that holds the information that you want to move to the new computer. You must call PCmover to get that code. (We did not know this and purchased PCmover from Amazon. Sigh.) PCmover did not move applications to the new computer. The applications still need to be downloaded. Honestly, so far, I have not seen that PCmover helped in setting up the computer. The previous computer's data was backed up to a cloud, and we download from there.LG Gram Pros:Lightening Fast! Amazingly lightweight with good screen quality. The one feature I wish the laptop companies would provide is an indication of drive activity via an LED like they used to. So far, I'm a few months in and loving this laptop. My biggest concern going in was that the number pad on the side meant that, when I'm typing, my wrists were going to hit the touchpad. That turned out to not be a concern because you can turn the touchpad off using the function keys.
