Medicine may appear to have white film on it”. A lot of the reviews say that they received old ones because of it having white on it but that’s because they don’t read what’s in front of them.. I don’t see an expiration date but I do see a “best before” date which is located on the bottom of the package. The lollipops in my package are all intact. I saw a few reviews that say theirs came in pieces. Mine weren’t like that. Also, some had a variety number of different pops. Mine came in 4/4/4 different flavors which is stated on the package. My kids approved of these pops.
