**Q: Does the trolley come with the basket shown?**
A: No, trolley only. I bought a basket from The Range which fits just right.

**Q: How to fit chrome cap to wheels**
A: I am afraid it was the perseverance of one elderly lady and her friend who tried and gave up and then went back.  One of the caps went in no bother but the rest it was a case of bad mood and not giving up.  I ended up just bashing the caps in.  I and my friend had never seen caps like those.  Sorry not much help but perhaps gave you a smile.  Good luck.
