How does it handle just one layer of light fabric?** A: They are very fast. You need to be careful cutting . Larger pieces ,like batting or heavier fabric cut like butter. Accuracy for smaller pieces of fabric is trickier. **Q: Can that be charged at 220 voltage?** A: My wife just received the one she ordered and there is a cable with a USB-A plug on one end and a mini phone plug on the other.
