**Q: Can you get just red or green or combination of red & green?**
A: I don't think so as these came packaged with the colors shown.

**Q: Is it either water resistant or water proof?**
A: I believe water resistant would be more accurate than water proof.  I don't know if the tape measure would be submerged in water if it would hold up very long. We purchased these for a Father's Day project here at church. I hope this helps.
