Review: Yesssss! Such a GREAT Supplement! - This is my very first experience taking rhodiola rosea. I purchased this product in hopes of helping to elevate or even out my serotonin, dopamine and norepinephrine levels. I have PTSD, major depressive disorder, anxiety and panic disorder, post-concussion syndrome and ADHD for which I am prescribed a few different medications. My adhd medication is the one that I've found really makes the most difference, not only in my ability to focus, follow through to complete my tasks, help to keep my mind from racing in circles, etc, but also in my mood, helping me feel more motivated while calming my anxiety and even relieving my chronic pain symptoms stemming from spinal injuries...helping me just feel pretty normal. Thing is, is that I dont want to take it every day in order to keep my dose on the smaller side and to avoid dependency. But when I don't take it, my depression and anxiety symptoms are terrible. I wanted to try rhodiola rosea until my other medications are able to be changed or adjusted, thinking/hoping that it may help ease some of my symptoms on those off days. I am very pleasantly surprised that after only a few days, I've noticed some actual benefit from this product. **Q: What is the content of Rosavin in this product**
A: There’s no info on the container stating the % rosavin. However, I’ve taken rhodiola with 3% and wasn’t as impressed as I have been with this product. My job has been stressful as of late, and the menopause symptoms have been killer. Within a couple of days I noticed my hot flashes have almost vanished (some days I’d have 1-2 every hour and all night long), and the stress isn’t totally kicking my behind.

**Q: Simple question. yes or no. does this product have the coa et al that are important to consumers?**
A: It's hard to imagine many do... 1\3 of nutrition\supplement products don't contain the main, active ingredient advertised. It's essentially a coin toss never mind the soil and cultivation is unregulated at every level. Also, COA 3rd party is extremely specific, I doubt they get anything but lactones, some steroids, terpenes, flavins, etc... If you want a analysis that says 10% withinolides, that's not gonna happen.

For over 2 yrs I've had an energy problem almost falling asleep around 3 - 4 pm. By 6 pm I'd be taking a nap. I also noticed my brain was getting foggy and I wasn't thinking as clearly as I used to. For over 2 yrs I bough many, many different supplements on here for energy and they didn't work. I'd wind up throwing them out and wasting my money. I read an article about Rhodiola Roseasaw and found this brand and read the reviews. The very first time I took one in the morning on an empty stomach it gave me a lift for a few hrs. The next day I took one in the morning and another around 2pm. At 9 pm I was still wide awake and full of energy but still fell asleep at 11pm. It's been 2 weeks now and I take 1 in the morning and one around 2pm and my foggy mind has cleared up, I have more energy and my mood is much better. (the wife loves it too) This stuff is amazing and the ONLY supplement that really works. If I could give it 10 stars I would. If you want to quit feeling like a zombie then this is the stuff to take.
