## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are the inner rods part of the shelf’s supporting structure or can you build the shelf without them, like if you wanted to put dishes in it?**
A: In my experience the rods add significant stability, especially against torsion.  Given your question,  the load would be large, heavy and given to shifting.   With the rods in place, I measured my dishes:  Large dinner plate (11" diameter) fits top to bottom, but sticks out by a third and has a tendency to roll.  Salad plate (9") fits well with only one fourth protruding beyond the shelf, but still rolls a bit.  Deep soup bowl (<6"), too large onless on its side and probably disastrous.  Small bowl (<5") would be workable.  So would glassware, but cups would be problematic and depend upon placement.  In all cases, you'd have to find a way of keeping things in place, a bumper edge perhaps.  And the shelves would have to be keep out of traffic in the kitchen so accidental contact doesn't cause mishap.

**Q: How long is shipping? I ordered this 6 weeks ago and it still hasn't even shipped out yet.**
A: As I recall, I received my rolling tote in a timely fashion. I hope you receiv yours soon -- maybe item was back-ordered?

**Q: Is it built in such a way that I could put a ball bearing swivel on it instead of the casters?**
A: Hi,
The bottom is pre-drilled with 4 holes at each corner to attach each castor.  If you drilled in the middle you could probally do it.

**Q: I need instructions- none came in the box! Does anyone still have them?? Or can tell me?**
A: Sorry, I don't any longer.  I'd contact the seller through Amazon.  You might find them posted on the IN.  Sorry you're having difficulty.
