The rolls come out perfectly but be sure to lightly brush oil or spray the inside of the tube with canned cooking spray so that it can slide out easily. The bamboo mats are nice. The knife is sharp though thin and flimsy. Works perfectly fine though and I imagine that it would need to be this thin and sharp to cut the sushi roll in perfect sections. What a fun idea. I’m excited to invite my friends over for a fun sushi making experience, they are excited as well. I read some reviews complaining about no instructions. Mine was packed tightly at the bottom of the box and did not slide out while dumping out the products. I still used YouTube and watched a couple videos and this was really helpful.
