Moreover it can cause serious problems to those who had high cholesterol and people with obesity and cardio issues. I would only use it 10 minutes at a time. The abdominal set is weak and too small to cover the abdomen with its contracting area small, only focusing on the centre without much effect on the lateral sections. I would not recommend this product.
