Anyone know where I can get parts for the juicer?** A: Not certain either. This product was taken off and then returned again. Lot of the positive reviews they had weren't even for the product. They were for a book. Makes me concerned about the true quality. Sorry I can't help more. **Q: I am only really interested in wheatgrass. I hae another juicer that does other juices but will not do wheat grass. What are your experiences?** A: we have not done wheat grass unfortunately so can't tell you. We do carrots, celery, All kind of greens, parsley, Cilantro and it does a fantastic job. The waste is all dry so it seems to be squeezing out all our Rommiane, Kale, greens very well. **Q: Do you need to add water** A: I add grapes or pieces of oranges or other foods that contain juice to make the dry fruit or veggies go through easier. It takes crisp apples, beets and carrots without blinking! I have found that its very helpful to cut my fruits into small slivers to make it easy and fast for the juicer to grab them. Cleanup is pretty easy, just pop the action off, disassemble it and wash in soapy water. The only part that requires special attention is the screen. The juicer comes with a small brush for cleaning the screen and it work great!
