It misfeeds, crumples up the papers, and ruins my documents at least half the time. If I knew how terrible it would be, I would not buy it again. I had a different brand for 15 years before this and it was waaaay better. update - 11/11/21 It has been working very well for the last 3 months. I dont know If i didnt have the paper guides set correctly or what but it has been working very well without misfeeds or crumpling the paper for a while now.
