Review: The pictures turn out so good - I have had mine for about 5 years I've used it so much I have to get another one my husband bought it for me and I've made pictures for so many people and I buy magnetic picture frames so they can put them on there fridge I have so many pictures on my I love it.
Review: What a disappointment - I have to preface this review by saying I'm a solid Canon user for many years. I have a SLR camera still in use, an old digital camera that works, and I've had Canon printers. And so I purchased the Selphy, thinking I would be receiving a quality product. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I have not been able to print one solitary picture from this machine. The paper gets jammed in the machine, and folds up accordion-like inside the small machine, making extraction of the paper impossible. And then there's the toner film. I was able to get one of the papers out of the printer, along with a huge chunk of the toner film. ??????? Reading online, it says to "tighten the spools of the film" ???? How does one do that? Is the loose toner film to blame for the paper being jammed in the machine? I wouldn't know - you have to set up an account online with Canon just to ask them a question about their products, and none of their FAQs are even remotely helpful. I wish I could just return the whole thing, but unfortunately, I was traveling when the printer was delivered, and I missed my return window. Bummer.

I have had mine for about 5 years I've used it so much I have to get another one my husband bought it for me and I've made pictures for so many people and I buy magnetic picture frames so they can put them on there fridge I have so many pictures on my I love it.

I have to preface this review by saying I'm a solid Canon user for many years. I have a SLR camera still in use, an old digital camera that works, and I've had Canon printers. And so I purchased the Selphy, thinking I would be receiving a quality product. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I have not been able to print one solitary picture from this machine. The paper gets jammed in the machine, and folds up accordion-like inside the small machine, making extraction of the paper impossible. And then there's the toner film. I was able to get one of the papers out of the printer, along with a huge chunk of the toner film. ??????? Reading online, it says to "tighten the spools of the film" ???? How does one do that? Is the loose toner film to blame for the paper being jammed in the machine?
