According to college and university studies this product shouldn't be for adults aΓ±ready grown up over 18. This growth height product label should be for teens who are short. I tired this product and the non GMO label proofs well for teens who need to grow. I'm short but not too short. I'm 26 going to 27 next year... Still what worries me is the side affects if an adult takes this product. I'm concerned about the health of adults, and even myself. I didn't get worse side effects thank God.
