And the label doesn't state one or the other, which is bizzarre to me, typically company's list this information. Going to return. ### ⭐ DO NOT TAKE! *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on March 5, 2018* This was listed as ubiquinol. It is NOT Ubiquinol. This is Ubiquinone which is a different form and less efficiently absorbed by the body. There were several questions posed to the seller about which form this was in....and in all of the answers the seller claims this to be Ubiquinol. This is the first red flag. When the seller either doesn't know what they are selling or lies about what they are selling it should make you extremely uncomfortable. With supplements being highly unregulated, buying from a reputable seller becomes extremely important. Do you know whats in these capsules? You dont....you take the word of the seller and in the case, the seller's word is no good. The risk of tainted supplements or toxic heavy metals is too great in this industry. These issues along with the impossible reviews from people acting like this is a caffeine pill and they have a sudden burst of energy...is just far too much to trust the listing. This is not an energy supplement. This is quote is directly from Ubiquinols website: "The Ubiquinol form of CoQ10 is directly associated with over 95 percent of the body’s cellular energy production, but it will not give you a sudden boost of energy as one would expect to feel from the consumption of a beverage containing caffeine." Do you see the people on here acting like they took a pill and instantly had more energy? Its impossible. They are either experiencing the most dramatic placebo effect ever, or they arent real reviews. Dont risk your health by taking supplements from a listing riddled with lies. The listing has now had the word Ubiquinol removed the heading, but you can still see the sellers answers. ### ⭐⭐ Not Ubiquinol as Advertised *by T***N on Reviewed in the United States on January 29, 2018* I am disappointed. This is standard COQ10. Others have noticed this in the reviews too. The title of the ad claims it is COQ10 in it's oxidized form "Ubiquinol" which is what I wanted. The bottle, however, is quite clear that it non-oxidized standard COQ10 which would be fine for someone in their 30's. People in their 40's and beyond do not process COQ10 as efficiently and therefore most of the COQ10 we ingest is never oxidized itno the beneficial form "ubiquinol". I would be willing to believe the seller was not aware of this prior to creating the ad. They should have researched the topic a little better but again I would be willing to accept this as an honest mistake.
