The picture was one with them and their grandchild - they loved it. I haven't seen it yet myself, but they said the pieces wouldn't stay together at the beginning of the build, but as they got more of the puzzle together, the better it stayed together. They are impressed with the quality of the picture. Only problem is that we live in Canada. The package was shipped by DHL and I was charged over $20.00 duty. So if you live in Canada, be aware that besides the exchange rate and amazon shipping fee, there will also be the extra duty charges. Right now the exchange rate sucks - so this one puzzle cost me over $100. But it's a unique gift, which my parents enjoyed receiving, so I think it was worth it.
