Review: Oboz Sawtooth II's Vs. updated Oboz Sawtooth X - Original Sawtooth II's Vs. these new Sawtooth X. I usually cringe at the thought of "the new version". The II was awesome. But, after getting these new Sawtooth X's, I must tell you all, they are better! A lot of the same feel for me. Better grip though. Equal or more comfort. As all Oboz, ready to be worn and no significant break in needed. I trail hike about 8 + hours a week in these. There were a lot of comments about a new trimmer shoe cut for the X. That worried me. These lace up better along the whole of the foot but for me, the toe box is slightly more roomier than that original II's which I'm so glad to report. I am a size 12 shoe but always buy 13 for hiking. Oboz, you continue to win us over with great design and feel and the X is a big win for you guys and us.

Original Sawtooth II's Vs. these new Sawtooth X. I usually cringe at the thought of "the new version". The II was awesome. But, after getting these new Sawtooth X's, I must tell you all, they are better! A lot of the same feel for me. Better grip though. Equal or more comfort.
