It is not good for high heat cooking due to the low burning temperature it will easily creates smoke at high temp, but perfect for sauté or adding directly to food. Very light flavor. So it’s good for use in dressings or multiple forms of cooking. Heat resistance is pretty decent. Haven’t noticed any wild smoke points. Good quality oil especially for the price.
