The install was super straight forward. I read some reviews where folks said you need to watch the video and sometimes the eyelets were a tad off. However, start in the center and work your way outwards. Leave all of the eyelet screws loose until you have completed securing all eyelets. Install was literally 20 mins for both driver and passenger. I was so pleased that I just ordered the rear door bags as well. Waterproof- Our first big ride was in a sloppy mess of snow and mud. The bags got covered along with everything else. The next day I fired up my pressure washer and cleaned everything. After the rinse and wash with high pressure I stuck my hand in the bags to see if there was any drainage, and it was dry!! That's when I was really impressed and praised this bag set to a group of my riding buddies. This is an amazing product at a great price point!
