This time seems to be the worst. The previous prenatals I had taken in the past are not available anymore, so I went searching for new ones. I found these and though I'd give them a try. They are so gentle on my stomach. And well- rounded with good amounts of vitamins. Also, free of dyes and extra fillers. I noticed that they don't have iodine (which is needed for thyroid health and some other development things), so I had switched for a little while to a different one. Big mistake! The other ones made my nausea so much worse! So I am back to these and they don't upset my stomach. At this point, the iodine is not severely essential, but folic acid is. And surviving this nausea and vomiting is as well!
