I sat down with a glass of wine and it felt as if I was doing craft work which was fun. Easy to assemble, there are lots of pompoms, quality was good. It doesn't look cheap, the color is perfect and everything I was looking for. I recommend you do this with someone else and not on your own. There are lots of pieces. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for Sweet 16 *by T***N on Reviewed in the United States on November 3, 2018* This was a great value package of items used to decorate for my daughters Sweet 26 Party! She loves BLUE and this shade of blue was perfect. There were lots of wonderful items and she even saved a bunch to decorate in her room afterwards. There was some assembly required but worth it as they all turned out beautiful! ### ⭐⭐ Difficult and time consuming. *by J***Y on Reviewed in the United States on April 30, 2018* I hate to rate these so low, because for the most part you get what you pay for. Assembling the tissue balls and the dangling tissue streamers is a nightmare though. Even if you follow the instructions and work on these for hours, you will not get the result that is pictured. Very heavy assembly time and the finished product does not come out well. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/46786340-parlie-blue-birthday-party-decorations-birthday-party-supplies-parlie-45pcs](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/46786340-parlie-blue-birthday-party-decorations-birthday-party-supplies-parlie-45pcs) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-11-06*
