The contents of the bottle really really work, and my dogs' coats are shiny and soft as silk. I recommended it to a neighbor who had a rescued greyhound who had lost the hair on her haunches from long cage confinement, and she grew it back, despite having been hairless for years! How can you beat that? But the bottle container is awful. You cannot measure the oil out without is spilling, it's just impossible. So I decant mine into an old olive oil bottle, which has that plastic insert at the top which prevents spills.
