Decided to plug it in again the light was red!? Waited til it was green and again didn't work. Thought I would try again but then noticed that the metal part of the charger was still in the plug!?! And the back plug started to split and fall apart. Worse, I have to return the broke item and no option for a replacement was made like sometimes? I was going to order the same one because I like the feel of the product and the box it came in.
