I thought it might be put away for holidays, but she uses it every day for work, & I'm sure she had her laundry in it yesterday! It expands really well & holds everything she carts round with her...& with it being Jute, it's strong, & will wear well. It doesn't have a zip closing [she declined the offer], or inner pockets, but it does have a rigid base. Arrived in slim fold down package & on time. Overall, its very good value, pretty, practical & eye catching. She loves it.
