I am an avid Amazon shopper and always read reviews, though almost never write them. In this case, I feel compelled to write one because on top of it being a great product, I also received wonderful customer service. I purchased these but by the time I gifted them to my daughter (part of her Easter basket) the normal return window had expired... when we opened the box we found that the purple polish had gotten damaged in transit and the polish had dried up. Given that it is on the expensive side (though worth it!), I decided to reach out to Prim and Pure directly with my fingers crossed that they might be willing to help me in this situation.
