No more hide and seek lol ### ⭐⭐⭐ Works great for outdoor gate. *by J***E on January 11, 2019* I bought this for an outdoor gate that leads to a courtyard before getting to my front door. I chose this because of no batteries or electronics to warp in case of rain. The combo is easy to set and the door performs as expected. Drilling the extra holes was not hard with the template it comes with. You do have to lift up on the handle to lock it after putting in the code otherwise it stays unlocked. The reason for 3 stars is it does feel a little cheap. I feel like I can brake this door lock if I press down hard with it being locked. I don’t want to do that but I’m pretty confident with how it feels pressing lightly down that if I give it full force I’m gonna snap the handle or the inside components will break. Wouldn’t recommend as only security if this was on your front door. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ solid and reliable *by B***A on March 7, 2018* I like these. Tried a few electrical versions and they always seem to develop faults. These seem reliable and solid. Just a few points to consider if you plan on buying one:1. They can not be easily fitted to doors that are pre-drilled for a handle and separate lock so best to use these on an undrilled door.2. The template for drilling the screw holes is really confusing and difficult to use. Measure twice before drilling!3. the combination is set manually by changing out little pins inside the lock assembly. So, to change to code requires that you sis-assemble the item which might be undesirable for some people.4. Combinations do not allow for the same number to be used twice. each number needs to be different (it can be set for 4, 5 or 6 numbers) Also, you can not set the order that the numbers can be pressed to open the door.
