From what I read, it seemed like it would be super easy and would work well. The first cut through my ingredients went fine but when I attempted to turn the bowl to get a second cross cut, the ingredients didn't move so when you cut through a second time, you basically just cut the same as the first time. I felt like I spent more time messing with the bowl than it would have taken me to cut up a salad on the cutting board.
