A: Because its not Sam's Club

**Q: Ingredient list?**
A: water, salt, sugar, caramel color, soybean, wheat flour, monosodium glutamate and disodium, 5 inosinate and disodium, guanilate as syrup, contain soybean, wheat

**Q: Where is this soy sauce made and bottled?**
A: Manufactured and bottled in Hong Kong. If not, I wouldn't use it. Check your dried garlic products. They are likely from China and I stoppyusing them.

Shop on Amazon for US grown and processed garlic products. I got Kirkland brand which comes from California. Very good! Cost more but worth it! 

Store brand garlic powder was causing me GI discomfort. It was produced in China.

**Q: does this need refrigeration after opening it?**
A: I am chinese, you don't need to put it in the fridge. It can store a long time. but remember Oyster Sauce need put in the fridge after it open.
