I have tried: (1) Smoothies. Fresh, frozen and dried fruit with soy milk mainly. Very good results, even with fairly firm dried dates, prunes and figs. (2) Soups, veg. such as parsnips, carrots, potato, swede, tomatoes, onions. Very good results, blending gives extremely smooth soup, as good as a nutribullet. Works just as well for raw (e.g. for gazpatcho) as cooked veg. (3) Nut butters. I have tried roasted peanuts, walnuts, cashew, brazil, almonds. In general works very well, although you do have to keep pushing the mixture down. In addition, if you want these smooth, then you have to blend a bit more than just running the nut butter program.
