Contatto l'assistenza segnalando il problema e loro mi invitano a fare dei controlli specifici da elettrauto, ma siccome io non faccio l'elettrauto di mestiere sono dovuto andare a pagamento da chi mi facesse il lavoro. Prima di andare ho provato a sentire l'assistenza che mi ha detto di fare il reset (che non ha funzionato) e poi mi hanno fatto 3 proposte: 1) spedire il prodotto e me lo riparavano gratis (come se fosse un loro favore e non un diritto sancito dalla legge) 2) di comprare un nuovo prodotto scontato di 100 dollari 3) rimandare il dispositivo e comprarne un altro con uno sconto di 200 dollari. Sostanzialmente secondo loro io dovrei comprare per la seconda volta un prodotto che non funziona. Insomma devo spendere il prezzo di 2 prodotti (con relativi costi di montaggio) per averne uno (forse) funzionante. Ho sistemato a mie spese il dispositivo che nonostante questo continua a funzionare male, la connessione con l'apple carplay salta continuamente, la radio ha dei vuoti e a volte non parte per niente (vedi foto). Potessi tornare indietro terrei quello vecchio che seppur molto limitato quelle 3 cose che faceva le faceva bene. Questo fa 4000 cose e tutte a singhiozzo.
