Review: Great product and great company - I've been using this product for a couple of weeks now and I have to say it's fantastic. If you have a sedentary job (I'm an accountant) this machine is absolutely perfect for keeping the blood flowing and burning some calories. I'd say this is a fantastic alternative to a walking desk, I've tried a walking desk and find it quite hard to type accurately while using one, I'm currently pedaling away on my Cubii while writing this review and having no issues at all. I've lost a couple of pounds over these couple of weeks as well so very happy! I did have a minor issue with my first product where there was a slight knocking sound while pedaling, not that loud and it would have been ignorable for many but as I'm using the product in an office with other people I needed it to be a silent as possible (as advertised). I contacted Cubii who responded in minutes and after sharing a video of the issue with them they immediately sent me out a replacement, the replacement is almost completely silent so I'm sure it's just a one off issue. Great product and great customer service! Cannot fault them at all.

Enclosed paperwork missing any means of getting the extended guarantee. To this day it’s impossible to locate a UK address for contact. Apart from that it’s so far great to use. I hope & pray I don’t find a problem otherwise who do I contact????
