This 6-inch Air Duct Screen and Carbon Filter features a dual-layer design combining a fiber mesh screen and a MERV 4-rated carbon filter to block particles and reduce odors. Housed in a weather-resistant ASA polymer frame, it fits standard 6-inch ducts and is ideal for greenhouses, small shops, and residential use. Made in the USA, it offers durable, efficient filtration with easy installation.

## Description

Made in USA. This fiber screen + carbon filter fits perfectly into 6 inch diameter air ducts with an outer diameter of 5.9 inches. It will prevent small objects and particles from entering your duct system. Carbon filter layer has an estimated MERV 4 rating and will also reduce some odors. Rigid polymer frame is weather resistant. Works well with greenhouses, small shops, and other light duty filtering applications where small objects, particles, and odors are a nuisance. Easily secured at intake with duct tape or hose clamp (not included). Disclaimer: This product is not intended for use with hazardous gases. Max Temperature 180 F. Product works best in duct systems located near the fan/blower and may not allow sufficient airflow if used in conjunction with very low powered fans/blowers. Actual filter MERV rating may vary. A portion of this product is 3D printed and may show layer lines or cosmetic imperfections that will not affect product function.

**Q: Can this be reused**
A: Yes and no...The filter media is riveted into collar so you can’t change it but one could rinse it out and be reused for dust collection. However the impregnated carbon won’t be doing anything as it will be shot after 30 days.

**Q: Can you use on the end of an exhaust tube that goes out the chimney ? I have carbon filter at the intake but need a screen at exhaust end**
A: No will restrict air flow too much

**Q: Does this block light?**
A: It does for the most part. If you add a bend in your tubing it will totally block light.

**Q: Replacement filters?**
A: Does not need replacements it is non removal…u can take it off and clean it
