A: It's been a while since I ordered this but I do believe there was a safety seal on it

A: Made in korea, some products are vegan but they are not cruelty free so it is recommended to avoid purchasing them

**Q: Does the lipstick contain vitamins?**
A: I’m not sure but this seems to dry out my lips.  Not a fan.
