I take 2 capsules a day for maintenance but increase it to 4 capsules if I have a flare up or other issue; but every person is different so you may need to try different dosages to fit your needs.Vendor is small business which I try to support as much as possible. When getting ready to re-order I read some reviews and saw one where a person said it helped his/her hip pain at night. It just so happened that I had developed hip pain while sleeping that was gradually getting worse and quite disruptive to my sleep. I was close to making a doctor's appointment for it. Hoping against hope that the review might be on to something, I changed to taking them in the evening and increasing the dosage to 2 capsules. After about a week I got incredible relief from my hip pain at night (probably bursitis). I can tell they are working because if I forget to take them for a couple days the pain starts coming back.
