But a better set is on my schedule. *by V***S on Reviewed in the United States on June 21, 2018* I use these everyday! They come moderately seasoned but I advise working a proper seasoning into them to get a truly non-stick coating since they come heavily textured. The items are dark grey, not black and seasoning them did not take on the first try even after following professional's instructions. It'll take some time to get these babies into proper shape for carefree use. Once a half decent coating is achieved the non-stick cooperates as expected. The edges are sharp so this is not good for flipping eggs like a pan with rounded contour. The smallest pan is indeed very small and can be used only for the odd egg or sausage. If you like your pans to be bigger look for a different set. Still these pans are great for frying and sautee, I do recommend buying or having covers that will match these sizes if concerned about splatter. I can recommend this set if you know how to care for iron pans. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Fine Option *by P***P on Reviewed in the United States on February 13, 2018* Needed a separate set of pans for someone with a special diet.
