I found it easy to install, and I really like that the cover doesn't slip and slide, even when the dog or people sit on the sofa. We occasionally will smooth and tuck the cover, but not on a daily basis. The cover lauders well, and it is easily removed when we are expecting company. Since our cover matches the sofa color pretty well, we hardly notice that it's covering the sofa. The cover is not fully waterproof, but does absorb light moisture, such as wet feet after the dog has been on wet grass.
