It is almost a must to have a crossbody strap as kids ride by on skateboards and just rip a purse off of a shoulder. If the leather of my purse had been any thicker, it would not have worked. But it did and now I feel comfortable using my purse. Very simple to install. Just punch a hole where you want it, stick it through and screw the other end on.
