No instructions in leaflet and head doesn't twist its static ?.help please** A: Had to check this for you. Remove the cutting blade and then the nose/ear head slides in and clicks into place when pressed down in the same way all the other heads fit. The plastic shield does not move but when switched on there is an internal spinning blade that clips the hair. The outer plastic is static. **Q: Does this trimmer need clipper oil** A: Hi there, good question! The MG3720/33 Multi Grooming Kit indeed doesn't need oil and is maintenance-free. If any other questions arise, then don't hesitate to contact us via Facebook (@PhilipsUK), Twitter (@PhilipsCare_UK) or via one of the other channels mentioned on our contact page (philips.to/UKContact). I wish you a very nice week. Cheers, Claudia. **Q: Can it shave the beard to remove all hair. Trim till 0** A: Hi there, thanks for your question. You can certainly use your Multigroom without an attachment - however, it doesn't shave as short as a traditional shaver. I hope that helps, but please know that my colleagues and I are happy to discuss any additional questions with you. You can get in touch via Facebook (philips.to/UKFBMessenger), Twitter (philips.to/UKCareTwitter) or phone (philips.to/UKContact). Cheers, Max. **Q: What kind of charger do you need for this as its not supplied with produc6** A: Hi there, thank you for your question. I'm sorry to hear your product arrived without its charger. Please know that my colleagues and I would be happy to assist with this. You can get in touch via Facebook, Twitter or via the contact page on our website.
