I was a little hesitant about the shape at first, since I'm used to a longer taper. I was concerned the way these were shaped they would stretch me open much quicker and cause pain - they did not! I'm not a large person, I'm 125lbs and started right off with the largest one. Certain positions make it much easier to insert with zero pain. I have on two occasions inserted the largest one in the morning, went to work and came home early evening wearing it all day. It was very comfortable. Anyone complaining about the small and medium one being dangerous because of the smaller heart shaped end disappearing inside of you is crazy. You have to understand once inserted your sphincter clamps down around the small shaft.
