However, this color looked "red" on my laptop screen. LOL I will use it with Halloween doll dresses instead of Christmas. I did find the "real red" (I hope) and submitted an order for that. Bottom line, the quality is like I remember of velvet ribbon as a child; soft, smooth and flexible.
