Purchased and installed. Worked perfectly and I now have a backup camera. Just be sure your model number on your camera matches what they say it works with and you should have no issues. Takes two mins to install. Review: 2013 F-150 limited back up camera - Works like a charm. Very pleased. It was very easy to change. I gently pried off the Ford logo plate, nothing broke so I was able to reuse it. Two 7 mm screws held the main housing to the tailgate, and one T-20 screw holding a plastic arm secured the camera. Unplugged the old camera and plugged in the new one. Reversed the disassembly and it was done. A ten minute job. Great clear picture now and all the features work except the zoom. For the money I’m not complaining. My lines were also off a bit. I was told dealerships can adjust it with a computer but it's expensive. The Ford dealership wanted over $900. to replace and adjust my camera so I learned to live with the lines. However my Dasbecan camera now developed other problems. It stays on a few minutes when switching from reverse to forward and has so much condensation in it I can hardly see tyhru it when it is on. **Q: Installed exactly like the original but just getting a black screen and the “contact dealership” message. Any suggestions?** A: Return to Amazon ada fast as you can. Don’t buy this product. purchase a Ford OEM part, not necessarily from a dealer, do your own install but then take it to a certified shop to get it calibrated.
