Review: EVERY TRUE SPUD OWNS A DOME - Prompt service on the part of the seller and I love my energy dome. Why it took me over 20 years to invest a modest $30 for one of the best material possessions I've ever owned, I don't know, but my life is complete now. DEVO is (are?) my all-time favorite band since I heard Freedom of Choice as a high school freshman, as if I wasn't dorky enough. Because of DEVO, I wore swim goggles to math class. Here we are, 22 years later, and I've never even SEEN an energy dome, much less TOUCHED one, much less WORN one. It looks and fits exactly as expected, but I maintain that's it's marketed to look like a more precise replica of the original album-cover Energy Dome which I swear had, like, a 1/4" larger circumference to Energy Domes seen anywhere ever since. I've been walking 'round the house in it. Just watching TV and trying on outfits. Like another reviewer said, this thing is a bad-ass lamp shade too. I'm gonna engineer a "head light" that 'Dome sits on full time, or between nights of dress-up-and-sing-a-along, anyway. VERY subtle lines around key rub-zones indicate these things are mass-produced and stacked together, so if there are any Energy-Dome manufacturers in the house tonight, might I suggest something as simple as a piece of tissue paper between each dome? This modest investment in production cost and labor would go a LONG way towards product integrity and presentation. Don't even get me started on the hole in the back for the unnecessarily transparent tag. We assume your production is licensed because you're doing it full-time on desertcart! But that's for the manufacturers. The Energy Dome seller/deliverer performed their function expertly. I will undoubtedly order four more.

### ⭐⭐ Cool novelty but not for wearing out.

I was super excited to wear this with my boyfriend for Halloween since we’re both big fans but for $40 a piece I’m honestly disappointed. There’s nothing inside of the dome to keep it on your head or sturdy. It’s just molded red plastic and nothin’ else. It fell off of my boyfriends head and has a rather large crack now. Frustrating since it was the first time he’s worn it.
