I also use them for pushups and some yoga moves. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for Pilates, Inflation Is a Little Tricky *by A***D on February 20, 2026* This mini exercise ball works great and I use it every day with my Pilates workouts. It’s the perfect size for core work and stability exercises, and it holds up well during use. The only downside is inflation. I had to blow it up with a straw, and you do lose a bit of air when pulling the straw out to quickly insert the plug. I’ve also had to add air occasionally to keep it firm. That said, for the price, it’s a great little workout tool and does exactly what I need it to do.
